  • Which size do I need?
    For a dining table, choose a ring about half to two-thirds of the table’s width or length. For living rooms, D80–120cm suits most HDB and condo spaces, while D150–180cm is designed for double-volume ceilings and grand foyers.

    How high should it hang above the table?
    Around 75–85cm above the tabletop lets the crystals sparkle without glare in your eyes. In double-volume spaces, it can hang higher as a centrepiece.

    Can my ceiling support the larger sizes?
    The larger rings weigh up to 20kg, so your electrician should check that the ceiling can support the weight and secure it to a solid fixing point.

    How do I clean the crystals?
    Switch off the power and let the light cool, then wipe the crystals gently with a soft, dry microfibre cloth.

    Does it need bulbs?
    No. It uses built-in LED chips, so there are no bulbs to buy or replace.

    Does it need assembly and installation?
    Yes. Some assembly may be required before installation, and both assembly and installation should be done by a qualified electrician. Assembly and installation are not included in the price.
