Fabric Lantern Pendant Light
This cloth pendant light is a soft, handcrafted designer pendant light: a lantern-inspired fabric shade in warm ivory white that spreads a gentle, glare-free glow. It works as a dining light over the table, a set of hanging lights in the living room, or a bedroom pendant light beside the bed. Its six designs, from flat saucers to rounded cocoons and diamond shapes, suit Wabi-Sabi, Japandi, Scandinavian and minimalist HDB, condo and landed homes.
It takes a standard E27 bulb and comes in warm white (3000K) or cool white (6000K), so you can choose a cosy glow for dining and bedrooms or brighter light for everyday living. The finish is ivory white, in cloth and metal.
 
Choosing a size:
Ø17–30cm suits bedsides, reading corners and small 2-seater tables
Ø40–50cm suits 4–6 seater dining tables and HDB living rooms
Ø60cm is a centrepiece for larger dining and living areas in condos and landed homes

  • What size dining light do I need for my table?
    A common rule is a light roughly half to two-thirds of your table's width. For most 4-seater HDB dining tables, Ø40cm or Ø50cm fits well.

     

    How high should a dining pendant hang?
    Around 75–85cm above the tabletop keeps glare out of your eyes while still lighting the table.

     

    Can I use it as a bedroom pendant light?
    Yes. The smaller sizes (Ø17–30cm) work well hung beside the bed in place of a bedside lamp, and the 3000K warm white gives a soft, relaxing glow.

     

    How do I clean the fabric shade?
    Switch off the power and let the bulb cool, then dust gently with a soft dry brush. Don't use water.

     

    Does it need a bulb?
    Yes. It uses a standard E27 bulb.
